Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents. You will prepare and maintain the bus, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction are priorities in daily operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, and a compassionate approach to eldercare. Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and active driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents.
• Prepare the bus for operation and maintain it between trips.
• Ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority during transportation.
