Meridian Senior Living in Florida is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community’s operations, ensure resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will manage a team, sustain high occupancy, and deliver compassionate care.

• 3+ years in retirement/nursing home/assisted living preferred.
• Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority.
