Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Care Partner/Resident Assistant to provide direct care for residents in daily activities. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and incontinence assistance, plus accurate care records and reporting changes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of state-required training.
• Able to assist residents with daily activities with compassion.

• Strong teamwork and reliability; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, incontinence).
• Keep accurate care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
