Job summary

Loadsmart Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative in Mexico City to identify target facilities, research decision-makers, and perform high-volume outreach by phone, email, and social media to book introductory meetings for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in direct sales or lead generation with quota attainment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Energetic self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify target facilities and decision-makers for Loadsmart in outbound outreach.
• Initiate conversations with senior executives via phone, email, and social media.
• Document insights and accounts in Salesforce to build accurate profiles.
• Set up introductory sales meetings for Account Executives with key decision makers.
• continually improve messaging and product knowledge as part of a collaborative sales team.
