Job summary

Gunnebo Group is seeking a Production Manager for Drive-up solutions to lead electromechanical manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. This role collaborates with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to meet production start and delivery commitments.

The incumbent will develop SOPs, manage cross-training, onboarding, and knowledge management, while driving Lean-based improvements and cost control across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in electromechanical assembly or hardware manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read schematics and mechanical blueprints; ERP/MRP familiarity; electrical safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Own production schedule execution and coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and QA.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Design cross-training matrices and manage onboarding and skills tracking.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve constraints and meet delivery commitments.
