Gunnebo Group is seeking a Production Manager of Drive-up solutions to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, on-time delivery, and compliance with quality and cost targets.

The role requires a self-directed leader with strong electro-mechanical manufacturing and Lean experience, coordinating with planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, and maintenance to meet start and finish dates and customer commitments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an electromechanical assembly, electrical panel wiring, or hardware manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S frameworks.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure products are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within quality and cost targets.
• Own execution of the production schedule and coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and HR to resolve constraints.
• Supervise teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and continuous improvement.
