Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift, coordinating with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, and Quality to meet on-time delivery and cost targets. You will drive lean initiatives, coach staff, and ensure safety and productivity across lines.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, plus at least two years guiding teams and implementing process improvements. Prior ERP and SAP exposure is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.
• Preferred SAP or ERP experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of manufacturing schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees.
• Compile and analyze production data to inform decisions and respond to requests.
