Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee daily operations at our Alpharetta stand. You will lead a small team, ensure fast service, maintain safety and quality, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and training teams to uphold our energetic culture and

Qualifications

1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and guest interactions.
Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy.
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the team, recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining staff.
Oversee daily stand operations, maintain cleanliness, product quality, and safety standards.
Deliver fast, accurate service and consistently high guest satisfaction metrics.
Manage labor and costs, monitor stand performance, and support local marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with HR, Operations, Training, and corporate partners.
