Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee daily stand operations and lead a high-energy team.

You will drive exceptional customer service, manage labor and costs, uphold health and safety standards, and work with HR/Operations to train and develop staff.

This full-time role requires weekends, early mornings, travel for cross-stand training, and a passion for creating a fun, efficient workplace.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
