Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a 7 Brew franchisee, is expanding and seeks a Stand Manager to oversee daily operations at a Mount Airy stand. You will cultivate a positive team culture, ensure quick, warm guest service, and uphold brand standards to deliver memorable experiences.

You will report to the Regional Manager, manage labor and costs, monitor stand performance, and coordinate with HR/Operations/Training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to manage labor and costs.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfort working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Understanding safety and food handling rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team; recruit, train, coach and grow staff.
• Oversee daily stand operations; maintain cleanliness, product quality and safety.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and resolve guest concerns.
• Drive labor and cost controls; track stand performance and marketing efforts.
• Communicate effectively with HR/Operations/Training and maintain relationships with partners.
