Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a 7 Brew franchisee, seeks a Stand Manager in Alpharetta to lead daily stand operations and build a high-energy team focused on fast, friendly service. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, recruit and coach staff, and foster a culture of energy and accountability.
• Oversee daily stand operations, maintain cleanliness, product quality, inventory, and safety standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and outstanding customer experience; resolve concerns promptly.
• Drive labor and cost controls, track stand performance, and support local marketing efforts.
• Communicate effectively with HR/Operations/Training and maintain relationships with partners and community.
