Chick-fil-A is seeking team members in Dallas to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service across dining, counter, drinks, and drive-thru roles. Team members represent our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy in every guest interaction.

Eligible candidates will work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including one of the specified shifts; full-time availability and weekend work are valued. Training and growth opportunities abound in a people-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work outside, in our Drive Thru or running curbside orders, in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) with provided, proper weather attire.
• Must be willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and complete a Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Aufgaben

• Make every guest interaction memorable and remarkable by delivering exceptional, accurate, and efficient service while applying the Core 4 and executing our Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy in every interaction.
• Serve guests in various positions throughout the restaurant, including Dining Room, Front Counter/Register, Drinks, Desserts, Drive Thru Window, and iPOS (outside in the drive-thru taking orders via iPad).
• Deliver meals to guests at their table or to our designated pick-up area, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, as well as the dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed throughout your shift.
• Assist with opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled.
