Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably QSR.
• Able to work a minimum 5-day week with irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience recruiting and staffing for restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, and coaches crew, carhops and management staff.
• Directs daily drive-in operations to meet standards and service levels.
• Develops staffing schedules and monitors inventory and costs.
• Ensures adherence to policies and safety/health regulations.
• Interviews and hires staff; develops action plans for performance improvements.
• Develops and implements local marketing plans.
