Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• Experience driving speed, quality, and profitability in a drive-thru setting.
• Ability to hire, train, retain, and promote team members.

Responsibilities

• Run the Stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability with scheduling and cost control.
• Build the Crew: hire, train, and energize a high-output team and develop shift leads.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: coach drink quality and personal connections with guests.
• Lead from the Floor: hands-on leadership on the floor, headset, bar, and window.
• Grow the Brand Locally: represent 7 Brew in community events and local marketing.
