You’ll hire and train a young, energetic crew, develop shift leads into future Stand Managers, and coach drink quality to create regular guests. This role is hands-on and community-focused.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• High-energy, people-first leadership.
• Availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the Stand: manage daily operations, sales and profitability; build the schedule and control costs.
• Build the Crew: hire, train, and energize a high-output team; develop leads into managers.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and guest connections.
• Lead from the Floor: hands-on leadership on headset, bar, and window.
• Grow the Brand Locally: represent 7 Brew through local marketing and events.
