Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a Stand Manager for its Onley, VA location. You will own daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and build a capable crew to keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.

You’ll hire, train, and energize a high-output team, coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly service and strong guest connections that turn first-time guests into daily regulars. This is hands-on leadership with growth toward multi-unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• High-energy, people-first leadership.
• Comfort with early mornings and full availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the Stand: manage daily operations, sales, and profitability.
• Build the Crew: hire, train, energize a high-output team.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: coach quality and guest relationships.
• Lead from the Floor: hands-on leadership on headset, bar, and window.
• Grow the Brand Locally: local marketing and community presence.
