Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring for a Drive-Thru Associate to help customers with online orders and in-store pickups. You will manage checkout transactions, bag purchases, and ensure items are ready for pickup, while supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the drive-thru and assist with online orders.
• Operate cash register, scan items, and process payments.
• Prepare orders for pickup.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and loading.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
