Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) in Wisconsin is hiring a Drive Thru Associate to help customers with online purchases and drive-thru loading. You’ll also assist in the warehouse and ensure smooth pickup processes for customers.

The role requires strong communication, retail experience if possible, evening and weekend availability, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the drive-thru and BOPUS areas.
• Operate cash register, scan items, bag purchases and process payment.
• Prepare ordered items for pickup and assist with warehouse duties.
• Support with shelving, staging, loading, and unloading as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
