Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online orders, drive-thru pickup, and warehouse support. You’ll greet customers, handle payments, and prepare orders for pickup while maintaining safety and loss-prevention standards.

The role offers weekend availability, evenings, and full-time employment with benefits. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the drive-thru and BOPUS pick-up areas.
• Operate cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and process payments.
• Prepare orders for pickup and assist with warehouse duties.
• Move freight to staging areas and replace products as needed.
• Load products into customer vehicles and ensure safe delivery.
