Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Drive Thru Associate in Rhinelander, WI. You’ll assist customers with online orders, BOPUS, and drive thru pickups, while handling warehouse-related tasks as needed.

The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A background check is required, and the company offers a robust benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including: Move freight to staging area or shelves; Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors; Move palletized products to various departments; Transfer products from pallet to pallet; Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area; Load products into customer vehicles
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
