Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin seeks a Drive Thru Associate who will assist customers with online pick-up purchases, operate the drive-thru and perform warehouse duties as needed.

This role requires good communication, reliability, weekend availability, and the ability to pass a background check; full-time benefits begin after 91 days, with a competitive pay up to $15.50 per hour plus weekend premium.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas.
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment.
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including: Move freight to staging area or shelves; Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors; Move palletized products to various departments; Transfer products from pallet to pallet; Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area; Load products into customer vehicles.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
