Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is hiring a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online pick-up orders and drive-thru bulk loading. You will also help with warehouse duties as needed.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, bag items, and prepare orders for pickup. The role requires good communication, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at drive-thru and assist with online orders.
• Operate cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and process payments.
• Prepare items for pickup and coordinate with customers.
• Assist with warehouse duties: move freight, stage products, unload/load
• Demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
