Job summary

The Drive Thru Associate at Blain’s Farm & Fleet assists customers with online pick-up purchases and drive-thru loading, while supporting warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas.
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment.
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including movements of freight to staging areas and shelves.
• Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors.
• Move palletized products to various departments and transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area.
• Load products into customer vehicles.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
