Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online pick-up purchases and drive-thru bulk loading, and to help in warehouse duties.

You will greet customers, operate the register, prepare orders for pickup, and support safety and loss prevention. The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience, and weekend availability; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the BOPUS and drive-thru area.
• Operate cash register, scan items, bag purchases and collect payment.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse duties: move freight, stage products, unload and load.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
