Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online pick-up purchases and drive-thru bulk loading, and to help in warehouse duties.

You will greet customers, operate the register, prepare orders for pickup, and support safety and loss prevention. The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience, and weekend availability; a background check is required.

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $15.50/hr

Job Duties

The Drive Thru Associate will assist customers with their online pick-up purchases and drive thru bulk loading. They will assist in the warehouse duties as well.

• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including:
  • Move freight to staging area or shelves
  • Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors
  • Move palletized products to various departments
  • Transfer products from pallet to pallet
  • Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area
  • Load products into customer vehicles
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check
