Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help receive freight, stock the sales floor, and support multiple departments. You will unload trailers, move freight to staging, and assist customers with product loading.

The role offers a base pay up to $16/hr with weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr, and a benefits package after 91 days, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Evening shifts are required and overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities and customer service mindset.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming freight and ensure items reach the sales floor.
• Unload from trailers and move freight to staging.
• Operate a forklift.
• Move and stock palletized products across departments.
• Load products into customer vehicles.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
