Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding and affinity for mechanical systems.
• Experience in customer service or technical field service highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand into new markets.
• Provide customer support and technical consulting for products.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site service operations.
• Ensure troubleshooting and mechanical repair work.
• Prepare quotations and technical documentation for services.
