Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard and train staff; lead and coach team.
• Manage compensation levels and adherence to company guidelines.
• Oversee drive-in operations for optimal guest experience and efficiency.
• Plan, forecast, and control food, labor, inventory and costs.
• Lead safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance; maintain records.
