Job summary

Castleberry of Sonic drive-in in Fairview, OK seeks a General Manager to lead and oversee the drive-in's operations and staff. This exempt role requires hands-on leadership to ensure exceptional guest service, staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching.

You will coordinate labor, inventory, and vendor relations, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, and drive local marketing to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Supervise and manage all drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues and employee issues.
• Forecast and adjust food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
