SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager in Manor, Texas to lead restaurant operations, supervise Crew/Carhop teams, and ensure top‑notch customer service while maintaining cost controls and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision and ability to open/close the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Maintains inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Completes payroll records and employment documentation.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
