Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in a busy drive-in restaurant in the United States. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, train staff, and help maintain food quality, safety and guest satisfaction.

Role requires prior restaurant management experience, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and strong communication skills to lead a team and respond to guest needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management (QSR) or retail management beneficial.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in restaurant operations.
• Train and support Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and manage staffing levels.
