Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will lead, train, and coach team members to deliver great guest experiences while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include shift supervision, inventory checks, and administrative tasks. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining Sonic’s brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Oversee staffing, inventory, and food cost to meet standards.
• Train and support staff to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed and manage daily operations.
