Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will help train and guide team members to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment and ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities include directing staff, performing opening/closing duties, managing staffing levels and inventory, and addressing guest concerns with timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant management experience (QSR) or equivalent retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support team members to ensure quality food, safety and cleanlines.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and manage staffing/inventory levels.
• Respond to guest requests and address complaints promptly.
