Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train and supervise Crew, Carhops and the management team, ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while driving financial results.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and alliance with franchise guidelines. You will implement marketing plans, resolve guest issues, and optimize staffing across shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; business studies preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Willingness to work 5 days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs and trains Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Manages staffing, schedules and payroll-related records.
• Oversees inventory and purchasing within cost control procedures.
• Ensures food service meets operational standards and safety policies.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan and analyses financial trends.
