Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and lead the drive-in team.
• Manage labor and inventory to maximize cost-control and guest experience.
• Oversee opening/closing, guest issues, and vendor performance.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
