You will recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members, manage food and labor costs, oversee opening/closing duties, and maintain records and reports while driving local marketing and performance improvements.

This role requires long hours, weekend work, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws (federal/state/local).
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
