Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Wichita Falls, TX seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our drive-in restaurant team. You will train, coach and supervise Crew, Carhops and management, ensuring fast, safe and friendly service and top-notch guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Crew, Carhops, and management to meet operational standards.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Manages opening/closing duties and payroll records.
• Develops and implements a local marketing plan to drive sales.
