• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage staffing levels.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans to address sales trends.
