SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, train and coach crew and management, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires directing staffing, controlling costs, and upholding safety and service standards to keep customers returning for iconic American favorites.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, payroll records, and implementing a marketing plan to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and sanitation regulations.
• Leadership and supervisory skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow directions, multi-task and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew and management staff.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet service and quality standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and labor laws.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and schedules staffing.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains records and payroll documentation.
• Implements actions to address unfavorable financial or sales trends.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
