Sonic Drive-In in Normal, AL seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage cost controls, and ensure compliant, safe service.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of daily drive-in activity. Expect at least 50 hours per week with irregular hours including nights and weekends; you will oversee opening/closing, reporting, and local marketing initiatives to

Formación

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Advanced studies in business or restaurant management.
Experience in restaurant management and staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
Supervise and manage all drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
Develop and manage local marketing and business performance action plans.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and recordkeeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Lead opening and closing duties and ensure regular attendance.
