SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager in Leesburg, FL to lead and motivate the restaurant team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. You will train crew, manage schedules, monitor inventories, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business/restaurant management preferred
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Ability to work a minimum 5 days per week with rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
• Awareness of federal/state labor laws and local health/sanitation regulations
• Strong leadership, supervisory, verbal and written communication skills
• Basic accounting and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently
• Willingness to adhere to SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs drive-in employees to meet operational standards
• Open/close restaurant and prepare staff schedules
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls
• Maintain payroll records and employment-related documents
• Resolve guest requests promptly and report complaints
• Interview and hire staff to achieve staffing goals
• Prepare operational reports and action plans to address financial trends
• Develop and implement a marketing plan
