Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive peak performance. You will oversee training, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to ensure clean, safe and fast service, while maintaining a guest-first experience.

You’ll manage staffing, compliance, and performance reporting, and develop local marketing plans to increase guest visits, all within brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew, carhops and staff to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Direct and schedule staff to meet operation standards and labor needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and develop actions to address sales trends.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive guest visits.
