SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will help train and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to deliver quality food in a clean and efficient environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays. You will manage opening/closing duties and help control labor, inventory and food costs while ensuring exceptional guest

• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards and duties.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and monitor inventory and staffing levels.
• Reinforce customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
