Foster McKay in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, O2C Content Distribution to oversee end-to-end billing and cash application for assigned accounts and manage day-to-day relationships with customers and internal partners.

Reporting to the Director, Global Order to Cash, you will lead cash forecasting, month-end processes, SOX controls, and continuous process improvements while guiding analysts and offshore/onshore resources in a hybrid, on-site Tuesdays through Thursdays role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or related finance ops.
• Experience in media/content distribution preferred.
• Experience with SAP and related billing/receivables systems; Medea/Operative One is a plus.
• Knowledge of SOX control requirements preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end billing and cash application for assigned Content Distribution accounts with accurate, timely processing.
• Review billing inputs, terms, and docs; coordinate corrections with commercial, finance and ops before invoices are issued.
• Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned customers and coordinate resolution of billing and payment matters.
• Monitor receipts and open items; ensure payments apply to correct invoices and resolve unapplied cash.
• Coordinate with Director, Global Order to Cash and cross-functional teams on processing priorities and issue resolution.
• Lead day-to-day work of analysts and offshore/onshore O2C resources; set ownership and quality expectations.
