Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned leader for the Drinking Water Market Sector to drive growth, client development, and strategic initiatives across HDR’s water practice. You will lead pursuits, engage senior clients, and advance HDR's One Water and Value of Water initiatives to secure contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning and engineering design.
• Bachelor's degree in an accredited civil or environmental engineering program.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Experience in development and management of strategic positioning and technical differentiation for planning and/or engineering services.
• Ability to travel as required for client development and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sector business development to win new work and expand HDR's Drinking Water presence.
• Coordinate pursuit strategies and client development across HDR geographies; interface with sector leadership.
• Mentor staff and drive technical excellence within the Drinking Water MS.
