HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Leader with extensive experience in planning, engineering design, and client development. This role collaborates with Market Sector and Regional leadership to drive top-line growth and implement strategic initiatives across HDR geographies.

The candidate will lead pursuit strategies, coordinate with clients, and oversee technical excellence within the Drinking Water MS.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning/engineering
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Professional engineering registration; credible client development experience

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategies and client relationships across HDR Drinking Water Market Sector
• Act as Pursuit Leader for select drinking water opportunities, guiding capture and proposals
• Develop marketing and delivery of HDR services to Drinking Water clients across geographies
• Support Staff development, recruiting, and mentoring within the MS
• Drive Growth initiatives and maintain HDR leadership in drinking water markets
