Job summary

Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep to cover Maryland and Delaware. The CSR will develop customer networks, educate clients on parts and equipment, and drive sales through demonstrations and follow-up.

Base salary plus commission to 85k+ based on experience; full-time role with benefits and ongoing training. Candidates should have at least 2 years in sales, relevant equipment experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
• Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment).
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier.
• Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Educate customers using parts and equipment knowledge to provide the correct solution.
• Identify and qualify leads in person, by phone, and by email.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with management to develop plans to increase sales.
• All other duties as assigned.

Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is searching for a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep (CSR) to cover Maryland and Delaware. Bring your go-getter attitude to sell Vermeer products and solutions, assist customer needs, deliver correct solutions, and resolve any issues. This sales role requires lead generation & follow-up, customer network development, coordination of product demonstrations, and accurate customer documentation.

Schedule & Compensation

• Base salary plus commission to $85k+ (based on experience)
• Monday - Friday full time hours
