Job summary

Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction is seeking a motivated Used Equipment Sales Rep to build relationships and drive results. You will leverage your sales experience in durable goods/construction to follow up leads, grow a customer network, coordinate demonstrations, and keep Salesforce CRM up to date.

Compensation is a base salary of $45k–$60k plus commissions, with an OTE of $80k–$110k. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7 am–5 pm, offering independence and remote-friendly flexibility where

Qualifications

• Track record in durable goods/construction/industrial sales.
• Ability to develop a customer network and coordinate demonstrations.
• Experience maintaining customer accounts in a CRM (Salesforce).

As a Used Equipment Sales Rep, you will bring your previous equipment sales & marketing experience to one of the best teams around. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in durable goods/construction/industrial sales. You will be responsible for follow-up on all sourced leads, developing a customer network, coordinating demonstrations, and maintaining customer account information (Salesforce).

Compensation: Base salary ($45k-60k) plus commission, OTE $80k - $110k

Dealership hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm

• Support and implement company sales strategies, pricing models and marketing initiatives to drive market share and profitability
• Track and analyze trends, market conditions and competitor offeringsNegotiate pricing, terms and delivery timeline to best assist customer equipment needs
• Create, monitor and maintain social media postings for equipment sales and promotions
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers
• Product Demonstrations – develop, schedule, conduct equipment demonstrations with customers
• CRM – input and maintain customer accounts, opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM software.
• Ability to effectively work independently and remotely
