D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service. You will continuously source new customers, help them find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales progression.

Responsibilities include communicating value, overcoming objections, maintaining transaction documentation, and building strong relationships with customers, realtors, and team members while meeting goals and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; 2 years related experience acceptable as alternative.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices and laptops.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover goals and demonstrate DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships with realtors.
• Develop and present marketing plans for new customer relationships.
• Manage time to meet sales goals and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain a robust database of prospects and attend sales meetings.
