D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales flow from initial contact through loan and construction.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with DRH Sales applications and MS Office. A vehicle is required for day and nighttime travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges; establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close for the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Attend sales meetings and ensure compliance with quality standards.
